Thank you to everyone who joined in for our first Core Being group session. The goal today was to do a deep dive into some of the models I use all the time in my practice, and to get everyone at least a little bit connected to their Core Self. And we succeeded.

This session included a brief introduction, the Three Rings of Healing, the Map of Consciousness, a hack for how to make a quick and simple State Shift, and a more in-depth meditation to help connect you to your Core Being.
